Processing time

All orders are processed within 2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery estimates begin after your processing period and are provided by the carrier. Delays due to weather, carrier disruptions, or high-volume periods (holidays) are outside our control. We recommend selecting FedEx 2-Day for time-sensitive occasions.

Domestic shipping only

At this time, BrillanceAura ships exclusively within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories. Please check back as our shipping reach expands.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly on the USPS or FedEx website. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of your order, please contact us.

Lost or delayed shipments

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days or your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact us at support@brillanceaura.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment or arrange a resolution.
