Our commitment

Every BrillanceAura piece is crafted to mark a meaningful moment. If something isn't right, we want to make it right. Please review the terms below so we can assist you as smoothly as possible.

Return eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify, your item must meet the following conditions:

Eligible for return

Unworn, unaltered items

Original packaging intact

Tags and card are still attached

Defective or damaged on arrival

Wrong item received

Not eligible for return

Personalized or engraved items

Items showing signs of wear

Items missing packaging or tags

How to start a return

  1. Email support@brillanceaura.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for your return.
  2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
  3. Securely package your item(s) and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship to the address provided in your authorization email.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was incorrect. In those cases, BrillanceAura will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. BrillanceAura is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item or size, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order at brillanceaura.com.

Gift returns

If you received a BrillanceAura piece as a gift and it is eligible under our return policy, we can issue store credit in the amount of the item's purchase price. Please contact us with proof of purchase from the gift giver or the original order number.

Damaged or defective items

If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional charge.

Normal wear and tear, tarnishing over time, or damage resulting from improper care or storage is not covered under our return policy. Please refer to our care guide for best practices.
